Finding peace through your body
As a busy professional, you struggle to create peace in your mind. Traditional meditation methods don't work for you. You can't get the flow of thoughts to stop. It's frustrating. You may have already given up trying to meditate.
In movement meditation, you connect yourself to your body through an alternation of movement and rest. Meditation works much better if you first release tension in the body and only then seek peace.
You can purely shake off tension and then go into rest. You can also move around in the room with a question. There is accompaniment with music and sometimes drums. You can also use your own voice. There are many possibilities. We complete the session with a meditative integration.
A movement meditation integrates systemic work, embodiment, trance work and meditation in one healing session.
The result is a sense of unity and reconciliation with yourself.
You recharge energy that you take with you outside the session.
You are present to yourself with a deep sense of "it's OK with me.
