Ceremonies & Group Work

Working with the power of the collective field

Some processes require more than words. They require space, rhythm, and presence. In my ceremonies and group days, we work with exchange, breath, movement, voice, rituals, and silence to open up what often remains closed individually. The group acts as a mirror and a support system. What one person lets go of also touches and liberates the other. In that shared experience, healing and movement arise that you cannot force on your own. You don't have to prove or understand anything, just be present with what is, so that you can get closer to your core again.

Themes

Below you will find a number of themes I am working on.

They provide an insight into my approach and the issues I assist with. If this resonates with you, I would be pleased to explore how I can be of service to you.

Breathing ceremonies

In a group toward freedom and deeper awareness

Through conscious, connected breathing, you connect with layers that often remain unknown in everyday life. Whatever arises is allowed to be there: tension, sadness, strength, images, memories, silence. The breath brings it to the surface. In a safe group with careful guidance, you let go of what no longer serves you. You don't have to understand anything. Your body knows what it is doing.

Active meditation and expression

First expression, then meditation

Not everyone meditates by sitting still. Sometimes your system needs movement, sound, expression. In these sessions, I use techniques from bioenergetics, movement, voice work, and dance, among others. Your body is given the space to express what it has been holding back for so long.

Rituals and spiritual work

Ritual as the bridge between the visible and the invisible.

When words fail, rituals can help to mark, transform, or process something. Such as loss, transitions, forgiveness, celebration, or rebirth. We seek inspiration from a broader dimension. We sink into a wider field of consciousness.

Reconnection retreats

Traveling to remember who you are.

During an intensive journey, we will take a trip together within a caring environment.
We will use meditation, breathing, constellations, movement, silence, exchange, ritual, and connection with nature.

Breathing ceremonies

Through conscious, connected breathing, you connect with layers that often remain unknown in everyday life.

Whatever arises is allowed to be there: tension, sadness, strength, images, memories, silence.
The breath brings it up.

In a safe group with careful guidance, you let go of what no longer serves you. You don't have to understand anything. Your body knows what it's doing.

By sharing this experience with others, it becomes twice as powerful.

Afterwards, it feels as if something you had been carrying around with you all this time without realizing it has been cleared away. You experience a moment of flow, a deeper state of consciousness that stays with you for a long time.

We work with rhythm, breath, sound, silence, and flow. What begins as physical release culminates in inner liberation. After all, you can only truly surrender to silence once you have released the tension.

No performance, no show. Just the truth of the body in motion. Because the body never lies.

In these sessions, I work with symbolism, energy, silence, and guided meditation. Both individually and collectively.

I use contemporary versions of ancient spiritual traditions. You don't have to believe in anything. You just need to come with an open heart. The rest will follow naturally.

After a spiritual recharge in a group setting, you can once again embody strength and love in your daily environment.

Reconnection retreats

Traveling to remember who you are.

During an intensive journey, we will take a trip together within a caring environment.
We will use meditation, breathing, constellations, movement, silence, exchange, ritual, and connection with nature.

What you let go of is your old armor. What you rediscover is your strength, your peace, and your essence.

These retreats are designed to help you reconnect with yourself. So that you can continue on your journey feeling recharged.

We work respectfully and in small groups. There is plenty of room for your inner processing. We let the process do its work, trusting in the healing energy that arises within the group.

Without haste but authentic.

Testimonials

They have already dived into the undercurrent:

What I find brilliant about Jan's approach to his group sessions is their simplicity and calmness. There is no need to perform. Whatever happens, happens. This makes the sessions incredibly effective, at least for me.

When I started this retreat, my intention was to return home as a better version of myself. By creating a safe, open atmosphere, you created a place where I could start working on my demons/traumas. Under your expert guidance, bit by bit, the baggage I had been carrying around for years was removed. The alternation between lightness and fun meant that I spent four wonderful days.
